About PRIMEVISA

Immigration advisers in central London since 2015, regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority under registration F201600043.

Who we are

PRIMEVISA LTD is a UK immigration advisory practice at 10 Margaret Street, Fitzrovia, in central London. We have advised applicants and employers since 2015. We are a small team by choice: the person who assesses your case is the person who prepares it, and you are not passed between departments.

Our work covers sponsored work routes including the Skilled Worker and Health and Care Worker visas; partner, spouse, fiancé(e), parent and child applications; the EU Settlement Scheme; Student, Child Student and Graduate route applications; Standard Visitor and Marriage Visitor visas; and indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation as a British citizen. We also help employers with sponsor licence applications and day-to-day compliance.

How we are regulated

We are authorised and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, the statutory regulator of immigration advice in the United Kingdom, under registration number F201600043. The IAA was known as the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) until 16 January 2025; the register, the number and the obligations are the same body under a new name.

In the United Kingdom it is a criminal offence for an unregulated person to provide immigration advice or services. Whoever you use — us or anyone else — check them on the public register first. Ours is linked below and takes about thirty seconds.

What our registration level means for you

We are registered at Level 1 in Immigration and in Asylum and Protection. Level 1 is defined by the regulator, not by us, and it sets a clear boundary around the work we may take on.

We can actWe refer you on
Applications made within the Immigration Rules — work, family, student, visitor, settlement and nationalityAppeals to the First-tier Tribunal and any other tribunal or court work
Administrative review of decisions on those applicationsJudicial review
Straightforward variations of existing permissionCases that can only succeed on Article 8 or other human rights grounds
Registration and naturalisation as a British citizenApplications argued outside the Rules with detailed representations
Overstaying, illegal entry, removal and deportation

If your case sits on the right-hand side of that table, we will say so at the first assessment and point you to an adviser registered at Level 2 or Level 3, or to a solicitor. We would rather lose the instruction than take money for work we are not registered to do.

How we work

  • Assessment first. Before anything else we look at whether the application can succeed on the Rules and the evidence you actually have. If it cannot, you will hear that plainly.
  • The scope is written down. You know what we are doing, what it costs and what is not included before you pay anything.
  • Evidence, not adjectives. Home Office caseworkers decide on documents. Most refusals we see are evidential, and most of those were avoidable.
  • Deadlines are ours to watch. Certificates of sponsorship expire, funds must be held for a set number of days, administrative review windows are 14 or 28 days. We track them so you do not have to.

Our guides

We publish plain-English guides to the routes we work on, each written from the current text on GOV.UK, with the official sources listed at the foot of every page and a review date so you can see how current it is. They are general information rather than advice on your own case, but they will tell you what the Home Office is actually looking for.

Common questions

Are you regulated, and how can I check?
Yes. PRIMEVISA LTD is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority under registration number F201600043, at Level 1 in Immigration and in Asylum and Protection. You can confirm this yourself on the IAA public register, which is free and open to anyone.

What is the difference between the IAA and the OISC?
They are the same regulator. The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner was renamed the Immigration Advice Authority on 16 January 2025. Registration numbers and the public register carried over unchanged.

Can you represent me at an appeal?
No. Appeals, tribunal and court work and judicial review are reserved to advisers registered at Level 2 or Level 3. If your case needs that, we will tell you at the first assessment and refer you to someone who can take it, rather than accept work we are not registered to do.

Do you speak Russian?
Yes. Consultations are available in English and Russian, in person in central London, by telephone or by WhatsApp. Applications and written representations are prepared in English, as the Home Office requires.

Where are you based?
10 Margaret Street, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8RL. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and can be reached on +44 777 107 3331 or at info@primevisa.co.uk.
